DB - The more comical of the three, full of slapstick and toilet humor with just enough action to keep it refreshing.

DBZ - A mix of comedy and action with plenty of twists involved but seems like some series are way to long.

DBGT - Short on humor and big on action, the fastest of the three and the one with the most fighting.

I would still have to go with DBZ despite the fact that some of the series were way to long.

DB had a lot of humour, but the anime was a little too crude for me. It gradually improved in DBZ. DBGT is even better, well, if you overlook Vegeta's moustache.
