Anybody seen this movie? I went and saw it at the drive in and loved it. Puss was like..awesome. "..still look like an ass to me." xD

^-^ I still kinda like the first one more, but prolly 'cause I've seen it a million times more.

What'd you think?

Hugh Laurie - June 24, 2004 07:06 AM (GMT)
I luuuuurve it! I lurrv PUSS too.

I on the other hand like this better than the first. It was funnier although of course you should know how it ends. I want the opposite of what happened though! Prince Charming is mine please. But for some reason his hair flipping reminds me of Pei Mei of Kill Bill!xD

Shawn Michaels - June 24, 2004 02:47 PM (GMT)
xD! When his hair flipped, that was one of the funniest parts for me. xD

I like Puss too, =D He's sexy! I liked this one better than the first too, for me it was more funny. ^__^ There was one part thugh that made me feel embarassed because no one laughed except me, I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be funny though. >_>
When they were going into the fairy godmothers place and Donkey goes to the front desk person and goes like,
"HUH? HUH? HUH!?!?"
On the last huh, his face goes all cross eyed and retarded. xD It's hilarious.

Or when Puss looks extremely cute! With his huge puppydog eyes and his little boots. ^___^

Yeah, I of all people saw it.

Not bad, but not as good as the first.

Still, I couldn't believe Puss was done by Antonio Banderas!! That was excellent.

But what I want to know:

Supposing that Dragon is Donkey's true love, and Donkey drank the potion, turning him into a stallion:

What happened to Dragon?

That's an inconsistency I had to point out. I just have to wonder. If Dragon isn't Donkey's true love, then my question isn't valid.

Maybe it's a relationship built off sex... I dunno...

...Anybody getting what I'm on about at all?

>_> Dragon isn't Donkey's true love, didn't they break up in the beginning? o_O Or something about them being seperated. x_X

I agree with Shaydah. Donkey did say something about breaking up with Dragon at the start. ;)

No, I don't believe Dragon is his true love. But if not, maybe you're right. They left that one out thinking no one will notice.

HAH!!

YOU BOTH MISSED IT!!!

NEITHER OF YOU STAYED FOR THE CREDITS!!!

After the first set of credits, the movie continues. We see Shrek and Fiona still dancing after most everyone else has left. Donkey sits on the stage, looking depressed. Puss reappears with a couple of chicks, and asks him if he wants to head for a club. Donkey then says that his girl would be furious, or something like that. At that moment, Dragon reappears, the two make up, and she reveals why she was MOODY at the beginning of the movie:

Several small dragon-donkeys fly in with THEIR MOTHER and all land around Donkey.

The last real line in the movie is Donkey saying:

"I gotta get a job!"

So Donkey and Dragon really are a couple. And now they've got kids. That's something to remember about movies: Stay for the credits, for at least a little while.

Still, it could be all sex. *sigh* I just... wonder about these things...
