(Ok...look people this is not a bio thread for an RPG...this is just my general bio for battles etc...ok...so dont post your own bios here...)

Description: Black hair spiked backwards, black eyes, black shirt, trousers, shoes and trenchcoat...6'4", medium build and 130 pounds...
History: After a terrible explosion that destroyed his home town...Neo was found on an island...he was brought back to life by a team of doctors...he has no memory of what happened to him before his 26th birthday...2 months after he was brought back he met a man named Zack...he seemed very farmiliar to him though he couldnt remember him...they became friends (Neo's only friend...) and trained together...until now...
Personality: Neo trust no one...except Zack...he is almost always calm though his temper flares sometimes and he uses that against enemies in battle....
Weapons: Neo has 2 weapons that transform into 1 blade...
Neo_Masa - the handle...this a curved blade that is hollow at the end...looks like a sawn off blade...
Neo_Mune - the blade...this is a double blade with a handle in the middle...the blades curve...
NEO_MASAMUNE - The total blade...when Neo connects the 2 blades they transform into 1 sword...this is his trusted weapon...it is totally black except for a ~ symbol that is white...the 2 parts of the blade are black with this symbol also...
Weapon Magic: Dark Wave - Can only be used with the NEO_MASAMUNE...Neo throughs his sword into the air and a bolt of lightning hits it...Neo catches it and slashes diagonally downwards...a beam of black light comes off it and heads for the opponent...
Character Spells: ThunderBlast - Neo sends a giant bolt of lightning heading for the opponent...
Limit Break(s):
Dark Judgement - Neo glows black...he raises in the air...a small ball of dark energy appears in front of him...he then sends it homing in on the opponent...major damage is incurred...
Dark Impulse - Neo glows black...Neo throws his blade/s into the air and bolts of lightning hit them...Neo catches them and points them at the opponent...beams of dark light are sent flying from the blade/s at the opponent for medium damage...
Dark Barrier - Neo glows black...he rises in the air...the energy is sucked off him into the air in front of him forming a barrier around him...
Dark Obliteration - Neo glows black...he throws his hands out in front of him forming them into a triangle...then a giant triangle forms in the sky...it sucks everything into it and sends it all to another part of the world...
Team limits-
With Zack...
Lightning Slash: Zack runs at the opponent...he slashes and as his sword reaches the opponent Neo sends a ThunderBlast at Zack's sword and electrifies it as it hits.
JudgeHazzard X: Neo glows black...he rises off the ground...meanwhile Zack runs at the opponent...he shoves his sword into the opponent and slashes up...while this happens Neo produces a ball of Dark Energy and sends it at Zack's sword...it powers up Kie's blade and as Zack falls he slashes diagonally back through the opponent.
CuraBarrier: Neo glows black...that energy is then sucked into a square barrier infront of both him and Zack...while that happens Zack powers up Cura...that energy is sucked into the barrier...the barrier then closes over each and cures them, preventing them from being attacked while healing.
Raging Obliteration: Neo glows black...he performs his Dark Obliteration attack...everything is sucked into the triangle...then Kie uses Raging Pain on the triangle causing it to be destroyed killing everything inside...(This is the ultimate attack...we wont use this often...)
With Rose...
Dragon Judgement - Rose performs her Dragon Spear Attack...Neo glows black and the small energy ball appears in front of him...he sends it towards Rose's as she is coming down...it hits, powering it up...she hits the opponent with a deadly force...
