lol... Well I actually made this banner about a day ago but never got around to posting it... I didn't spend much time on it but I kinda like it anyways... By the way, you can't see the border through the links but I am using the same sig and avatar...

Well actually I did a tutorial on that in the sig makers club thread... I just added an image over it when I made this sig :P... Among other things... But the tutorial at least shows how to make the boxes... The boxes I use are a pattern I made a while back (not a hard pattern to make :P)
