Ah, this is much much better. I especially like the bg. I also like the character on the right. However the bigger one should be cleaned out. I dun' like the noise.

Also, the red lines and the name. I think it could have worked well without it. ;)

For now I give you an 8.5! The bg does it! B)

well i recon this is your best work yet but what i would do is change the blue to a black or dark grey. just my opinion and thius time i like the colour scheme, excellent work
