Pyros light the stage as the first ever episode of ASWF All Night hits the air. A big crowd is on hand to see what should be a huge show.

'Bring Me Back to Life' by Evanescence hits, and CEO Chris Walker comes out into the ring, flanked by Steve Simmons.
Chris: Welcome to ASWF All Night folks, a show which we hope will become the showpiece of World Wrestling. The card for tonight is sketchy at best, as I want all the guys backstage to make their own matches. But the main event will be a World Title match. There will be two qualifying matches tonight. Steve, the envelope.
Steve nods and hands an envelope to Chris
Chris: The first match will see Wizard 1o1 up against Jelly Adams. The second match will see Luke Sharpe against an opponent of Jelly Adams' choosing.

Chris' music hits again and he disappears backstage. Almost immediately afterwards, 'Slit My Wrists' by Slipknot hits and MrCharisma struts out to the ring.

MrCharisma: What's up poofs? (BOOS) Mate, I am MrCharisma and I am the brightest and most sparkling star in the ASWF Universe. Tonight I am here to talk to youse about the Ethnic Title. This title stands for everything I love about wogs. Charisma, speed, talent, and most of all- big balls. And trust me, I have the biggest balls on the planet.
'Mr Charisma' by Frenzal Rhomb hits, and Charisma Chris Maunder appears at the top of the ramp.
Charisma: You've got to be joking. Mate, the 70s called and they want Travolta back. So go and open your car boot, untie him, and take the ball gag out of his mouth.
MrCharisma: Mate, you cannot speak to the Ethnic Champion that way. The crowd will not stand for it!
Charisma: Well, how about I beat your ass down, take your title, and then talk to you however the hell I want?
MrCharisma: Mate, you are on!

MrCharisma vs. Charisma Chris Maunder for Ethnic Title (One Fall)
The match starts with a lock up between the two men. MrCharisma has the early ascendency, and sends Maunder out of the ring with a low bridge. He then struts around the ring, playing to a booing crowd. Maunder slides back into the ring and the pair engage in a punch combo. Maunder gets the upper hand and whips MrCharisma into the corner. He hits a tiger wall flip and then goes up top for the Charisma Splash. He leaps, but Magro dodges!
Magro stands Maunder up and hits a stalling brain-buster, cover gets 2. Charisma whips Maunder again, but is reversed, Maunder hits a hurricanrana! Charisma stumbles to his feet dazed, and gets DDTed back to the canvas. Maunder covers, but Charisma kicks out a hair short of three.
Match continues, with Maunder beginning to dominate, even hitting a big time powerbomb on Charisma. While Charisma is down, Maunder goes up top, but stops when he sees Michael Vella making his way to the ring. Vella jumps up onto the apron and the ref runs over to fight him off, Mario Fenech has slid into the ring from the crowd! BAM! He's hit Maunder with a chair. MrCharisma feebly rolls over for the cover, and the ref turns in time to count it. 1-2-3!
WINNER: MrCharisma by pinfall
Michael Vella clambers into the ring and hits a jacknife powerbomb on Maunder. MrCharisma and his 'posse' beat him down, and then roll him out of the ring

We come back from the break to find DJMaC standing in the ring with a mike in hand.
DJMaC: You know what I'm really tired of? Assholes who don't show me any respect. And I'm also tired of the recent tax hikes. And of Parramatta losing game after game. And of....
Ausche Zu Ausche by Rammstein hits and Marshal Boyd appears at the top of the ramp.
Marshal: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Who is it that you support DJ?
DJMaC: I support the mighty North Sydney Bears...
Marshal: (LAUGHS) I'm sorry, who?
DJMaC: North Sydney Bears. The mighty red and black....
Marshal: North Sydney.... OK, I need you to listen really carefully here, OK? Listening?
(DJMaC nods)
Marshal: Hear that? It's the sound of no one giving a @#%$ about you or North Sydney. You want respect around here, you have to earn it. Are you prepared to do what it takes to earn respect?
DJMaC: I'm more than prepared. I'm psyched. Bring your skinny ass down to the ring, and I'll squeeze respect out of you.
Marshal: I thought you'd never ask..
(Marshal drops his mike and runs into the ring)

Marshal Boyd vs. DJMaC (One Fall)
The match starts with an exchange of punches, which ends in DJMaC being whipped and hit with a stiff forearm. He stumbles to his feet, and straight into a second clothesline. Could a third be on order? Yes! Three straight clotheslines, Marshal goes for an early cover. 1-2....NO!
DJMaC rolls out of the ring to compose himself, and begins to walk back up the ramp. Marshal shakes his head and gives chase. Bulldog onto the ramp! He leads DJMaC back into the ring, and makes another cover. Nowhere near it! DJMaC again tries to leave the ring, and Marshal comes up behind him to stop him. LOW BLOW! DJMaC pulls of a classic Ric Flare low blow and Marshal falls to the canvas. MaC sets him up for a powerbomb, he's up..... he's reversed it into a pinfall! 1-2-2.999999! He's out, DJMaC rolls out of it.
Marshal stands him up and goes for an Irish whip into the corner. Reversed, DJMaC follows it and crushes Marshal in the corner. He proceeds to kick a prone Boyd, before setting him up for what looks like a Bronco Buster. He runs in, Marshal ducks to the side and DJMaC spuds himself. Marshal heads up top and hits a 480 Splash! 1-2- NO! DJMaC kicks out and rolls outside again. He fumbles under the canvas and produces a chair, before rolling back into the ring. He swings at Marshal, who ducks and hits a Flowing DDT on DJMaC, who drops the chair! The referee quickly disposes of it, as Marshal sets up MaC for an inverted DDT. He's hit it!
1-2-3! Marshal Boyd wins it!
WINNER: Marshal Boyd by pinfall
The referee holds up Boyd's hand, but DJMaC has ducked back out of the ring for that chair. He hits Marshal across the back with it! He then choke-slams the referee. Officials are charging into the ring, where the first is met with a big boot. DJMaC then chokeslams two at once! The final official runs backstage, and DJMaC roars insanely at the baying crowd!

Backstage in Chris Walker's Office
Walker sits at his desk, whilst Natalie Gruzlewski organises things at a separate desk.
Chris: Did you just see that Natalie?
(Natalie looks up absent-mindedly)
Natalie: Um... no
Chris: That was the single greatest display of power I've seen in years. Get that man in my office now.
Natalie: Yes sir.

We come back and straight away 'Smack Da Jelly On Ya' echoes through the arena as Jelly Adams struts to the ring. A highlight reel plays, showing the much discussed split between Jelly Adams and Luke Sharpe.
Highlight Reel
Jelly: Luke, you ignorant son of a bitch, you crossed the line when you betrayed me. I'll be cheering you on in your match, because after I beat this pathetic puke, I'm going to kick your ass in the World Title decider. I'm going to tear you limb from limb. I'm going to...
(Wizard 1o1 has appeared on the stage)
Jelly:...split your head open and piss down your throat. I'm going to eat your heart.
Wizard: Whoa there Jelly. Pop a valium mate, you're getting worked up.
Jelly: You...
Wizard: It never ceases to amaze me how often you and Luke have domestics. Why don't you just settle it with angry sex like every other couple?
Jelly: You smart-assed son of a bitch! Get down here.
(Jelly throws his mike aside and beckons Wizard 1o1 who obliges)

Wizard 1o1 vs. Jelly Adams (Qualifying Match, One Fall)
Jelly Adams makes a clumsy attempt at a clothesline, which Wizard 1o1 ducks and then returns with a kick to the mid-section. He goes for a bulldog, but Jelly pushes him off and hits a big time atomic drop! Wizard 1o1 is reeling, and Jelly capitalises, hitting a reverse DDT on Wizard and making a cover attempt. Wizard 1o1 kicks out on two, but Jelly continues to dominate.
Another whip by Jelly, which Wizard counters. He jumps Jelly as he returns, and then hits a missile dropkick before clambering up top. He signals for a frog splash, but Jelly is to his feet, so he hits a second missile dropkick and goes for the cover. 1-2....OUT!
Jelly tosses Wizard 1o1 out of the ring and plays to the crowd. He climbs the turnbuckle and hits a double axe-handle on Wizard as he tries to get to his feet. He then runs Wizard 1o1 into the ring post, and rolls him back into the ring for a cover. 1-2-NO! Wizard 1o1 kicks out and the crowd goes wild. Jelly whips Wizard, who hits the corner and bounces back into a reverse atomic drop. Jelly's obsessed with pounding Wizard's crotch!
Wizard seeks to rally, hitting a few punches and then bouncing off the ropes for a clothesline- but Jelly picks him up in a sidewalk slam. He covers again, and this looks certain. 1-2-2.99999....no, Wizard 1o1 has kicked out again! Jelly looks frustrated! He berates the ref, and Wizard 1o1 takes the initiative to hit a bulldog on Jelly. He then hits a lion-sault, and sets Jelly up for the Lyger Bomb! He's got it! Jelly's out cold! 1-2-... Wait! The ref's been dragged out of the ring! Who the hell is that! It's Big Schmo! He gorilla press slams Wizard 1o1 into the crowd! The referee is powerless, he signals for Jelly's win via countout victory!

After the match Jelly grabs the mike.
Jelly: Luke, meet your opponent, Big Schmo!
(Big Schmo flexes his muscles and plays to the crowd)

The show comes back on air as 'Macho Man' by The Village People hits. Out come Aaron the Cheerleader and Trent the Flight Attendant!
Trent: Howdy sailors! (Crowd replies 'Howdy sailors')
Aaron: It's absolutely lovely to be here in Newcastle! Your boys get us all hot and bothered!
Trent: Calm down Aaron, you're making me jealous.
Aaron: Sorry sweetness, no harm done.
Trent: You know what I love most about professional wrestling?
Aaron: What's that Trent?
Trent: I love working with big, buff men in nothing but spandex.
Aaron: Ooh! I know what you mean!
Trent: And we've yet to sign a match tonight....
Aaron: Ooh! I like that! Can we get two honeys out here?

NO ONE COMES

'Bring Me Back to Life' hits, and Chris Walker appears up top.
Trent: Keen to play are we?
Chris: No, sorry, I've got places to be. Since no one is volunteering, how about I put you up against Steve Simmons and Michael Vella?
Aaron: My, those big boys? Do you think we can handle them Trent?
Trent: I think the big ones are the easiest...
Chris: Sounds like a match, let's make it for the tag titles!

Gay Pride vs. Michael Vella and Steve Simmons for the Tag Titles (One Fall)
The match kicks off with Aaron up against Michael Vella, who seems unhappy about being here. Aaron does a cartwheel across the ring and then playfully slaps at Vella's behind. Vella seems frustrated, and tags out to Steve. Steve seems equally reluctant to be here. He advanes on Aaron, who ducks a clothesline attempt and slaps him on the ass. Simmons grabs hold of Aaron in a bear-hug and walks him to the corner, where Michael Vella lays in a few punches and then tags himself in. He whips Aaron, and hits a clothesline. Feel the impact!
Aaron is out of his depth here, as Vella picks him up in a scoop slam. He then hits a leg-drop and goes for the pin. Trent makes the save, and is tossed out of the ring by Steve. Vella and Steve whip Aaron and prepare to hit him with a double clothesline. He ducks conventiently, catapults back off the ropes, and takes the knees out from beneath the two men. He makes the tag to Trent as Steve gets out of the ring. Trent enthusiastically slaps Vella across the face, and is rewarded with a standing clothesline. He then drags Trent to the side and tags Steve in. Steve hits a snap suplex on Trent, who is almost broken in half! He whips Trent, who ducks out of the ring and wanders over to the crowd. He signs a few autographs while Steve leans over the ropes and abuses him. Aaron leaps into the ring and tears Steve's pants down! He's wearing a thong! Steve struggles to get his pants back up as Trent slides back into the ring! Michael Vella rushes to make a save, but Aaron hits a drop toe hold and then rolls him out of the ring. Steve gets his pants back up, but is caught in a roll-up pin. 1-2-3!
WINNERS: Gay Pride by Pinfall
Aaron and Trent make a quick exit, the tag titles around their waists. Vella laughs at Steve, who shoves him violently. The two look set to fight, but Vella smiles and rolls from the ring. What could this mean?

We come back on air to find Luke Sharpe already in the ring and waiting for Big Schmo.
Weeeeellll, well it's the Big Schmo....

Big Schmo vs. Luke Sharpe, Qualifying Match (One Fall)
Big Schmo struts down to the ring and offers Luke a handshake cockily. Sharpe doesn't look convinced, but Schmo offers it again. Luke accepts, and Schmo pulls him in for a clothesline attempt. Luke was ready for it, and ducks easily, before whipping Schmo into the ropes. He hits a stiff clothesline on Schmo and then kicks him a few times until he stands. Schmo recovers well, kicking Sharpedo in the guts, and then hitting him across the back. He whips Sharpe into the corner and runs in, but is met with a boot. Sharpedo goes up top and leaps! Schmo catches him though and hits a big powerslam! 1-2-... No! Sharpedo has kicked out! Schmo quickly pulls him to his knees and sets him up for his finisher, the Schmo-Stopper (jacknife powerbomb). He has him in the air and hits it! That shook the whole building!
He doesn't bother to cover, instead he tries to choke out Sharpedo. The referee breaks it up, and warns Schmo not to do it again. Schmo doesn't seem to care, almost immediately choking Sharpedo on the ropes. He is warned again, so he whips Sharpedo into the corner and starts to beat him down. Jelly Adams is at the top of the ramp applauding! Sharpedo sees this and leaps to his feet, enraged!
He hits Schmo with a barrage of punches, and whips him before hitting a head-scissor takedown! Schmo stumbles to his feet, and is whipped again. Tornado DDT! Jelly Adams angrily rushes backstage as Luke goes for a cover attempt. 1-2-.... Schmo somehow kicked out! Sharpedo doesn't look finished, and he sets Schmo up for a suplex. Can he even lift a man that size?
YES! He gets it, what a big move that was. Schmo stumbles to his feet, dazed, and Sharpedo looks set to deliver a spear! He runs forward, but Schmo steps aside and Sharpedo tumbles out of the ring! Schmo slumps into the corner, exhausted, and waits for Sharpedo to get up. He does, and slides back into the ring. The two face off and tie up! Sharpedo looks to be getting the ascendency, NO!, Schmo captures him in an overhead belly to belly suplex! Sharpedo looks out cold, and Schmo goes for a cover. 1-2...Sharpedo got his shoulder up! Schmo can't believe it, he rolls out of the ring for a chair. The ref tries to stop him, but is shoved aside. He swings it at Luke, who ducks it and grabs it for himself. The ref is still down, and Luke hits Schmo across the face! The ref didn't see it, and rolls into the ring. We have a winner! 1-2....
(Jelly Adams appears at the top of the ramp with someone with him. They have a sack over their head)
Jelly: Luke!
(Luke gets off Schmo, ending the count)
Jelly: Do you recognise this person?
(He yanks off the bag to reveal Luke's girlfriend, Chloe)
Jelly: She sure is a pretty thing. I wonder if she bounces?
(He shoves her dangerously close to the edge of the stage)
While Luke looks on in anger, Schmo rolls him up in a schoolboy! The ref counts it. 1-2-3! Luke Sharpe was screwed out of victory!
WINNER: Schmo by pinfall

Jelly: You idiot. Gold always takes precedence over girls.
(He shoves Chloe off the stage, and she plunges through a table)
Jelly and Schmo leave, and a group of medics, lead by Luke, rush to Chloe's aid.

We cut to Chris Walker's office, where DJMaC is seated at a table.
Chris: You say you want respect? I know the best way for a man like you to get respect. People respect champions, and I'm going to make you one. How would you like the Oceania Title?
DJMaC: What's the catch?
Chris: No catch. Just that you have to defend it next week- against an opponent of your own choosing.
DJMaC: I'd love to.

FADE

MAIN EVENT: Jelly Adams vs. Big Schmo for the World Title (One Fall)
Jelly Adams and Big Schmo get into the ring and dance around each other. Both look intent on scoring a big win. Wait, Big Schmo just lies down! Jelly cockily places his foot on Schmo's chest and makes the pin!
WINNER: Jelly Adams by pinfall
Jelly and Schmo celebrate as Jelly is awarded the World Title. Jelly grabs a mike.
Jelly: What a big night for all the Jelly Bellies out there! You must all be so excited to see your hero get up against all the odds.
(Jelly continues to boast, not noticing Luke as he slides into the ring from the crowd)
Schmo turns around, right into a spear! He's almost been broken in half!
Jelly: What the!?
He rushes at Luke, who hits him with a big clothesline. Jelly stumbles to his feet. SPEAR! He's not down though, he struggles to his feet again. SPEAR! He bails out of the ring, with Schmo in hot pursuit. Luke's insane stare is the final, haunting image as the first ever ASWF All Night goes off air.

CEO Chris Walker with bodyguard Steve Simmons came out and welcomed everyone to the show. He then set up the main event which would see Jelly Adams against Wizard 1o1, and secondly made Luke Sharpe against an opponent of Jelly Adam's choosing.

MrCharisma then entered the ring and abused the crowd, finally being saved by Charisma Chris Maunder who challanges him to an Ethnic Title match.

1. Ethnic Title Championship Match--
MrCharisma © vs. Charisma Chris Maunder This was a pretty good match to begin both the night and the debut ASWF show. MrCharisma begin the match dominate until MrCharisma's ego allowed Maunder to gain the advantage. The match sways between both Charisma and MrCharisma through simple errors. Maunder hit the the Big Time Powerbomb looking to take the victory however Michael Vella entered the ring from backstage and distracts the ref while Mario Fenech cheap shot Maunder with a chair, allowing MrCharisma to steal the victory and retain his Ethnic title.

Michael Vella returns to the ring to hit a Jackknife Powerbomb on Maunder.

Winner and Still Ethnic Champ: MrCharisma via pinfall
[Commercial Break]

DJMaC is in the ring making alligations that both fans and workers don't give him respect. Marshal enters from backstage and a verbal slang match is thrown until a match is made.

2. Marshal Boyd vs. DJMaC
This match was good. Some high spots were DJMaC hitting the Bronco Buster on Marshall. Don't remember much else about the match besides alot of pinfall attempts. The match ended when Marshal reverses a DJMaC chairshot attempt into a Flowing DDT

Backstage Chris asks Natalie to bring DJMaC to him

Jelly Adams shows a film showing the breakdown of Luke/Jelly tag team. Wizard 1o1 interupts Jelly which results to beginning of the match.

Qualifing Match
3. Jelly Adams vs. Wizard 1o1
Jelly dominated Wizard for like the first 5 minutes of the match. When Wizard 1o1 finally got the advantage the ref dragged out by Big Schmo and proceeded to beat down Wizard into the crowd. Wizard is counted out

[Commercial Break]

Trent and Aaron cut a prom where they explain they haven't got a match tonight only for Chris Walker set them against Vella and Simmons.

4. Tag Team Title Championship Match:
Gay Pride vs. Michael Vella and Steve Simmons
Aaron spent like 3 minutes running around the ring before he finally got clotheslined by Vella. Vella and Simmons dominate the match until the comedic antics of Gaypride pull the pants of Simmons down to reviel a g-string and snare a roll-up pin.

Simmons and Vella look to fight but Vella leaves with a smirk.

Winners and New Tag Team Champ: Gay Pride via pinfall
[Commercial Break]

5. Big Schmo vs. Luke Sharpe
Pretty good match. Schmo chokes Luke twice at some point. The first 5 minutes is controlled by Big Schmo though Luke gains controll through a reversed head scissors take-down. After the ref being taken out (how original) Jelly enters from backstage to distract Luke by throwing his girlfriend off the ramp. Schmo takes advantage and steals the victory.

Good match and the introduction of Chloe was great.
Winners: Big Schmo by pinfall

Backstage Chris Walker talks to DJMaC and announces he is the new Oceania Title.

The ASWF drew a ticket stub and the winner won a box of Snickers Crunchers.

6. Jelly Adams vs. Big Schmo
Schmo lie's down to Jelly to allow the pinfall. During Jelly's boasting session Luke slides into the ring and spears Schmo, then spears Jelly. Jelly leaves with Schmo.

House was fairly packed, good to see so many people out supporting a local brand. I had ringside seats, and a couple of the Newie Knights were there. Danny Buderus and Mark Hughes to be exact.

Chris Walker came out and welcomed us all to start the night. Steve Simmons is huge, you've got to see this guy live to appreciate that. Announced a tournament for the title, should be interesting.

MrCharisma came out next and ranted about how good he was, crowd didn't like it, and cheered when 'Charisma' Chris Maunder came out.

Match One: MrCharisma vs. Chris Maunder
This was a great opening match. MrCharisma was the better wrestler, although Maunder sold well, and pulled off a mean looking powerbomb of his own. In the end Vella and Fenech helped MrCharisma get the win, and Vella destroyed Maunder. It was a fairly predictable end to a decent match.

After the break DJMaC and Marshal have an argument. DJMaC looks a lot more intimidating without his afro. They eventually settle on a match.

Match Two: DJMaC vs. Marshal Boyd
Boyd started off on fire, and DJMaC got a huge boo when he tried to run away. The bulldog on the ramp sounded and looked gruesome, I'm surprise MaC was OK. DJMaC got some ascendency for a bit, but Boyd recovered and hit an amazing 480 splash. Really was the biggest move of the night for mine. DJMaC tried the typical heel out of hitting the face with a chair, but Boyd escaped with a win. Afterwards DJMaC beat up both Marshal and the ref. An awesome overall match, a high flyer vs. a brawler.

A short segment shows Chris Walker and Natalie Gruzlewski. God damn, she's hotter than any of the WWE Divas. Walker wants her to find DJMaC. Wonder why?

After the break Jelly Adams gets on the mike and bitches about Luke Sharpe. He gets booed, and Wizard 1o1 gets a huge pop when he puts a stop to it.

Match Three: Jelly Adams vs. Wizard 1o1 (Qualifier for Main Event)
Wizard 1o1 was definately the under-dog here, and got huge pops whenever he countered or got a move off. Jelly was great, he's a definate superstar. Highlight for me was Wizard 1o1 finally getting the Lyger Bomb off. The crowd loved it! Big Schmo made his debut by dragging the ref out of the ring and then throwing Wizard into the crowd. That was right near us, and he looked pretty pissed, I don't think it was supposed to work that way. A great match though, the best of the night.

Jelly announces that Big Schmo, who looks a lot like Kevin Nash up close, will face Luke in the other qualifier.

After the break Trent and Aaron came out. No pun intended. These guys are hilarious, and the glitter that gets fired into the air when they enter covered everyone. I tried to get a Howdy Sailor chant going, but no one was keen. They said they didn't have a match, and Chris Walker came out to organise a match between them and Steve Simmons/Michael Vella.

Match 4: Gay Pride vs. Steve Simmons and Michael Vella.
The big men were dominant in this match, as you'd expect, constantly harassing the two lightweights. It was more of a comedy match than anything, Aaron and Trent just kept slapping ass. In the end Steve's pants got yanked down, and he was wearing a thong. Gay Pride got a cheap win. It was a bit of a dud match, but good for a laugh.

Next up was Luke Sharpe vs. Big Schmo. Should be good.

Match 5: Big Schmo vs. Luke Sharpe (Qualifier)
Luke looks outclassed here, but he's all class, so it should be a good match. It was too and fro, although when Schmo was in control, he was definately in control. His finisher shook the ring, I mean it, I thought Luke'd died! Schmo toyed with him a lot, they're obviously pushing him as a vindictive bastard. It was good though.
When Luke finally got control and hit his finisher, Jelly appeared with a girl, who we find out is Luke's girlfriend Chloe. Not bad, but I'd take Natalie anyday. Luke loses the match coz of the distraction, and Jelly throws her off the stage anyway. I didn't see where she landed, but I'd assume it was padded. Good match, and a nice twist at the end.

Next up we see a short, kind of pointless, segment in which Walker gives the Oceania Title to DJMaC. No idea why. He then says DJMaC can defend against someone of his own choosing. Maybe they'll be introducing a new wrestler?

Last event of the night was Big Schmo vs. Jelly for the World Title. I sense a screw-job.

Match 6: Jelly Adams vs. Big Schmo for the World Title
As I expected, Schmo lays down and lets Jelly get the win. Very Hogan of them. Hardly original, but the crowd went crazy when Luke appeared and speared both of them to oblivion.

After the cameras went off, Luke hit a spear on the ref. Chloe came to the ring and hit a spear of her own, it was hilarious! Jelly and Schmo then double teamed her out of the ring and beat on Luke. It was broken up when Wizard 1o1 and Marshal ran into the ring. The three faces then signed autographs. I got one from Luke and one from Schmo. Chloe gave my mate a kiss as well, she's a sweet girl.

Oh well, I'll see everyone at the next show down in Wollongong!
