The Oilers are finally starting to gel. Our fourth win on the trot against Coffs has been our most satisfying victory of the season. To beat such a strong team in convincing fashion after they gave us an early season touchup is morale boosting.
Kimmorley has been driving the team around the park like no other Oiler halfback in my time with the club. His kicking and running game have inspired his teammates. He is making opportunities for players like Ben Kennedy, Ben Harris and Luke Covell to shine.
Luke Covell has kicked 23 from 23. He could hit the 30 mark in our next game against Ipswich. Best of luck!!!

Cometshark - September 10, 2003 07:44 AM (GMT)
ahh I have one problem with the points table I should be 7th on 23pts with a points difference of 22 :afro:

oiler - September 10, 2003 09:41 AM (GMT)
Special tribute goes to Brent tate and Ben Harris for dominating in the centres. They bashed Umaga and Hodges out of the game and are out for 7 and 5 weeks respectively. Good job lads!!!

Roger
