Welcome to a new era of YouBetSports. Things will be done slightly differently this season. Here are the options for betting during the season.

* ASRL Premiership Champions.
* ASRL Tipping comp.
* State of Origin betting.
* Tri-Nations betting.
* Crown Casino Risk betting.

I want to make the betting more realistic. This will be done with the cooperation of the best finance officer the ASRL has ever had, Theo.

If you make a bet on YouBetSports this season, the money WILL come out of your club bank account. I will email Theo to deduct the amount you bet on a event from your ASRL club account. If you win a bet, I will inform Theo to pay out your winnings. I will send an email to Theo every Friday night or Saturday morning to inform him on bets/payouts.

I will keep records on how much profit I make for the ASRL. If I make a profit for the ASRL (which means that most of you will lose money), that will prove that Im good at this job. If I give money away, I'm a failure :( . But, that won't happen. Chris will make a decision on what to do with the profits I make :) .

So, before you make a bet, you have to be cautious of your account. If you want to place large amouts of money, your season can be punished because of stupidity.

You can bet in units of $1000.
