Scenario
The NRL, through some Union interfered neo-nazi, frankenstein computer God conspiracy, folds and is no more.

You are hired to phase in the ASRL so that it is a viable and real competition in Australia.

Questions
1. How many teams would you include?
2. Which current ASRL sides would they be, and why?
3. Would you change any rules whether it be competition points, in game rules, or salary cap laws? If so, what?

The Prize
Since I'm curious to see what people come up with, I'll personally donate $100,000 from GC's finances to the winning entry. Assuming we get enough entries to warrant it being a contest.
