With nine teams it will be difficult to discern exactly how to work out a system that will work fine without any hiccups, byes or favouritism. So this is the format that I have come up with.

All nine teams will go into three separate pools consisting of three clubs each. The pools will be randomly determined.

You will play each team in your pool once and whoever has the most points after all three games have been played will automatically qualify for the finals. A fourth team based on it having the best for and against out of any pool will also qualify as the UnderDog. Then the winner of Pool A will play the winner of Pool B and the winner of Pool C will play the UnderDog.

If the UnderDog also comes from Pool C then the UnderDog will play the winner of Pool A and The winner of Pools B and C will play each other.

The victors and losers from those matches will then play each other for the cash.

1st Place: 50% of Cup Pool of Cash
2nd Place: 30%
3rd Place: 20%

Christchurch Carnage

South Melbourne Devils

This will be played over three rounds. Rounds 14 - 16. Pools matches will be played in Rd 14 where you will submit a side with strategies that will last until the finals. The semi-finals will be Rd 15 and the Major and Minor finals will be played in Rd 16.

Injuries will not be included and form will not be affected for the regular ASRL season.
