The Wollongong Destructors have capped off a marvellous resurrection at the hands of Brent Douglas- downing Canberra in both wildcard games to move into Premier League and claim the 16th available spot.

Game one at Bruce Stadium saw the visitors crush all opposition in a dominant 24-4 game which virtually assured the Destructors of their Premier League appearance.
