Lat season it cost a club $ASRL40,000 to relegate a player to RSC, and the player had to be on 99 form or less. This year there will be no cost and they can be on any form. It makes more sense this way. It WILL still cost $ASRL40,000 to promote a player, even a player who has only played one game there. In terms of finals, any RSC player can be promoted to play in the parent clubs finals but an RSC final team can only include players who have played a certain amount of games for the team this season already. The certain number of games will be discerned in the near future.

Also, it is possible for a player worth $ASRL215,OOO or less to be permanently relegated and therefore no longer count towards the salary cap. The only demand is that the top squad still has a 22 man squad that fits under the salary cap.
