In yet another week of furious rumours and talks with the Hawkesbury Star Brad Fittler, Brian Randell has come out yet again to quell the rumours and set the truths. Holding a press conference on early Tuesday morning Randell thought it proper to let the public know what is going on with Hawkesbury's favourite player;
" For the past week I have been locked down in talks with him(Fittler) and it has become apparent to the club that Freddy is not happy with the current situation at Hawkesbury. Therefore we have made talks and arragements with a number of the ASRL clubs. After a little while we contacted Tony Bush who seemed more than happy to sign Freddy. If the trade arrangement goes ahead we will see Brad running on the field in the Central colours as early as Round 13"
The trade has come at a cost for the Central Phpenix who stand to lose three of their illustrious players to the Mavericks. This move from Randell is all apart of his plan to 'equalize' his team.
"There's no point having a star five eigth if you can't field a decent forward pack. I want strong form all around the park. This is just another step in doing what I have stated all year and that is to rebuild this new Hawkesbury team into a force of the future"
This apparent new 'rebuilding' will see Anthony Himmler, Barrie McDermott, and Karle Hammond coming to the side in Fittler's absense. They join players such as Jack Isaac, Wise Katervata, Brett Howland, Adam Perry, Solomon Haumona, Matthew Reick and Andrew Pierce as well as rookies Lance Rats and Maleky O'Conner who has yet to play a game this year. Randell has been franticly trading off players this year in an attempt to gain some consistency from his team.
In yet another rumour to surface this week. Lote Tuqiri is also said to be at a state of dismay with the Hawkesbury management and has asked for a release and a chance to talk to other clubs.
"Lote has asked to talk to other clubs and we have agreed to let him see what hes worth. We will do the same as we did with Freddy although it has already been made clear that Gold Coast don't want anything to do with him. But if some other clubs do then we'll work out the best arrangement for him and the club"
In other news Anthony Magro coach of the Central Coast Falcons was seen to be parading the streets of the Coast late on saturday night after his teams ninth straight victory. He was charged with indecent exposure when he flashed an elderly woman who was trying to get to her car. After a breath test it was shown that Mr Magro had a reading of 0.00 which astounded the police. Reports say Magro was seen consuming a large amount of red cordial during the game. Channel Ten tried to contact the Central Coast club but was told No Comment and You Bum of a Stooge.
Also news just coming to hand it appears that CEO Chris Walker Bush and David McElroy were seen shoping together at the local Bi Lo in Armidale. Onlookers suggest the two were buying up big and yes there was Vanilla Coke in the trolley. Some reports say the two men are having a homosexual affair with one another others say they just live together. We'll have more on this new issue as more reports come to hand.
I'm Harry Potter
Bored huh? I can emphasise with that. And it's McElroy, a much more simple and phonetically correct spelling.
To the people of Armidale.
:pimp:
Does this not look like the fat guy with the trolley and the microphone always hacking wares in the mall?
I hope you meant empathise, as opposed to emphasise?
It does. Yes, it does. Good for you Dave.
Randell: $40,000 for the article
