I'd just like remind all coaches that there is a 3 player limit max trade for the season. So far only Central have used their three.
Also there are certain teams which have over the 22 max for their feeder squad. Can you please fix this before you are fined.

Quite simply: You can't get more than three players.
The fine he mentions is for having too many RSC players.

And why is it only three people, during this time last season I traded a few off and ended up with about 7 extra players?

It passed through the board unanimously, and it's been out for a fortnight. You've had adequate time to prepare.
