With loans coming thick and fast, I'm suggesting some kind of reimbursement scheme for the ESF.

Rather than charge a side for a loan, I suggest we charge them for the player's performance. Something along the lines of:
- $1000 per try scored
- $2000 per PoM point ($6000 for Player of the Match)
- $30,000 if a player is injured while on loan
