Title: ASWF Split
Description: Two Promotions split the roster!

MrCharisma - July 2, 2003 02:09 AM (GMT)
After the rumours and hersay, it has been announced that after only two shows, the ASWF will split in two.

Initial reports indicate that a disagreement between ASWF owner Kathy Zahn, and former ASWF owner Chris Walker-Bush initiated the break-up. Walker-Bush managed to get a number of powerful ASWF superstars on side, and this forced Zahn to grant Walker-Bush's request for a separate franchise for him to run.

The two rival promotions, named Fight Friday (Zahn) and Carnage (Walker-Bush) are set to kick off proceedings this week with some big things planned.

It is yet to be decided how PPV's will run, although Zahn and Magro have suggested each promotion gets four PPV's to itself, with four designated as dual PPV's.

The Carnage team are said to be outraged at the bias in which titles were distributed after the break-up, but Zahn and Magro have refused to comment on the apparantly gross unfairness of title distribution.
