How long do we have to cut players in order to get under the salary cap, or is this done after the draft?

Sides need to be below the cap before the draft takes place.

Question when does the draft take place. The reason why i ask this is casue i am currently over but I am about to drop a player.

2- Yes the player pool will be released before the draft

All the coaches met up in the IIRL chat room (or possibly ours if its working) and ever team has a list of players that are available. Then each coach speaks on who they want- following thet draft order....

We'll only be having one round of picks, as last time people started to leave- and with forty two teams there won't be much left after the first run.

After the draft the player pool will be released and people can raid it on a first in-best dressed basis.

And yes, you can trade your draft pick.

how about if you are over the cap and have a surfers player would u be so kind as to give him back. ive got lots and lots of cap space.
