when i try to download the 8cars trainer, it asks me what to use to open it. I don't know what to do from there on! Will someone please help me?

If I'm understanding you correctly, your trying to open/run the "8cars.zip" file, are you not? You need to Google a zip file extractor online to extract and open the trainer.
