Funny how behemoth fans try to defend, it's a obvious rip-off. Not that I think Anthrax cares.

I remember seeing this years ago, put me off listening to Behemoth.

I dont know what it is, but I'm sure behemoth did a better job of doing it

i'd never heard Conquer All before, first time i've ever listened to Behemoth actually

there is a degree of ripping off here but Be All, End All is definitely the better song imo

It's easily a rip-off, but I'm sure it's more of a compliment to Anthrax than anything. I'll take Anthrax on this one.

Be all, End all is way better...and original of course :D

behemoth song is... well not so good.
/*i listen to alot of death metal stuff, and behemoth is definetly the worst. Vader from poland are way better/*end of off topic.

Well, sometimes people create riffs without knowing that they exists already. It is a coincidence.

Nowdays, there are so many many many bands, that is really difficult to put out something that hasn't been created before.

There is one fact and that fact is that EVERY guitar player steals stuff from others. At the end of the day, that's how one learns how to play guitar, by playing other people's material.

The only band (apparently) that doesn't steal stuff from others is Meshuggah. That band is 100% unique. No band has ripped off Meshuggah because first, it's hard as hell to do that, and secondly cuz if a band ripps Meshuggah, people will notice it...because there is no band Meshuggah.

That's because all Meshuggah riffs are just mindless drones of noise

Anyway, as the saying goes "Talent imitates, genius steals"

Meshuggah's musicianship is extremly high.

If you consider those riffs mindless noise...no offense, but your music knowledge is questionable. You might not like it, that's fine...but saying that that is noise is non sense

People who consider Meshuggah random noise or whatever don't appreciate outstanding/technical music.

I imagine there's people who have a perfect understanding of techinical music who still think Meshuggah make mindless drones of noise....unless of course you've got every single person to have ever been technically proficient at an instrument with you at the moment.

I've listened to plenty of Meshuggah and i've just found them completely boring and repetitive.

Yeah I've tried to listen to Meshuggah, just ain't happenin'

C.C. - May 4, 2008 01:54 PM (GMT)
It's understandable, Meshuggah's music is not for everyone.
