Hi Orks :)

It's been long time...

It's stange to open a topic for that. I think there should be a general topic for member's MP3 and vids.

anyway check this out. Me trying to play :

Master of puppets (intro) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWZGMkwbIMo

ORION Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmcJ8Ly0YP0
ORION Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZalTtBuZXc (with my first solo  , still need to work this out)

I started to play seriously about 1,5 year ago. Unfortunetely it's not more than 1 hour per day if I am lucky (work, family you know... ).

What do ya think ?

Marshall DFX30w + BOSS Metal Zone, but I really don't like the sound. I'd like to change for something more powerful but I don't have enought space. I play in my kitchen !! :D

can someone advice me something ?

dude here:
I use the metal zone but I get wayyyy better tone then you... try these settings out:

on clean channel on your amp:
lows- 4:30 o clock
mids- 1o clock
highs- 5 o clock

on the metalzone-
low at 3:30 o clock
high- 3 o clock
middle- 12 o clock
mids freq- 1 o clock or 12:30 o clock
dist at 1 o clock

see how that turns out... i use a peavey studeio pro 112 its 60 watts
but my shit sounds heavy as fuck:

and I have the "same" guitar as you, i have an LTD EC-1000 Deluxe... its one step lower than your guitar. i wanna get an ESP Eclipse custom for my next guitar... 24 frets and a floyd rose

Well as far as I am concerned I use YouTube for learning from others and inn order to receive objective critics for my playing. It's a part of learning process. Even Kirk recognises that he learns solo licks from videos on YouTube.
