by the definition of the board rules, he ain't spamming, so there is not point saying he is a spammer.

If all he wants to contirbute to the board is his uploaded renditions of songs etc, then good for him, it's just one more aspect to the board.

Frans just over reacted though - the correct thing to do it either delete the offending post, or prune it into it's own thread.

Spamming is posts that promote porn and other sites etc that mean nothing to the board, not posting in the wrong sections, even if done on purpose.
